Delivery detailsUK Mainland delivery is FREE direct to your door. Most items are dispatched via citylink couriers and you will be asked to sign upon receipt of goods. A tracking code will be emailed to you when goods are dispatched. There may be items which are delivered direct, notification is available on request.

Returns1.
When making a return it is important that you call our Returns Department for a Return Authorisation Number, which we need to appear in large print on the returned package packed in original packaging including all accessories. If not unfortunately there could be a delay for any refunds. Opened merchandise may be refused unless defective.

2.
Defective returns are permitted in accordance with that particular manufacturers warranty procedure (a copy is available on request). Defective returns will either be fully refunded, exchanged or repaired.

If a wrong item has been ordered we will accept on a one-time basis only, the returned product, in exchange for the correct item, this may be subject to a 15% handling charge. Opened items will be refused. Item to be returned within 7 days of delivery. Shipping and handling charges must be paid by the customer for the return and can not be refunded.

4.
No refunds for merchandise will be made until the product has been examined by ourselves, and found to be defective.

Opened merchandise may be refused unless defective.

Your statutory rights will not be affected by the above returns policy.

If your item is not in stock, we will order it for you and will deliver it to you as soon as it becomes available. |
